TwitterNeni helps Guam and Saipan based users stay active in the social networking community. TwitterNeni is a free service that lets Guam & Saipan mobile users post status updates to their Twitter accounts through text messaging. Since most people can't afford smartphones and their accompanying data plans, this is a service aimed specifically at those with older phones that can do barebones texting.
